Zhiqun Cheng received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in microelectronics from Hefei University of Technology, Hefei,China, in 1986 and 1995, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in microelectronics and solid-state electronics from the Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academic of Science, Shanghai, China, in 2000. He is currently a Professor with the School of Electronics and Information, Hangzhou Dianzi University, Hangzhou, China.
