Qi MA received the B.E. and Ph.D. degrees from the Department of Information Science and Electronic Engineering, Zhejiang University, in 1990 and 2000, respectively. Now he is a professor in the College of Electronics and Information, Hangzhou Dianzi University. His research interests include VLSI/SoC design, IC design methodology, and intelligent processing of audio/voice.
