Ningning Wang received the BSEE and MSc degree in electrical engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University in China, in 1995 and 1998, respectively. He received his Ph.D degree in Microelectronics from University College Cork in 2005. He joined Tyndall National Institute in 2005, and was appointed as staff researcher and PI in 2008. He became a professor in Hangzhou Dianzi University in 2018. His current research interests include design, modelling and process development of integrated thin film magnetic components, high frequency power conversion, electromagnetic modelling and simulation, energy harvesting devices, and power management for various energy harvesting based autonomous WSNs.
