Kuang XiaoFei, born in 1971. Ph.D. graduated from Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences, majoring in microelectronics and solid-state electronics. Employed for the Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute Company as a senior engineer from 2006 to 2010. And have been working in Institute of Electronics and Information School, Hangzhou Dianzhi University as an associate professor from 2010 to now. In the study and research career, successfully developed a fast-locking PLL, a DC-DC buck converter and a DC-DC boost converter, participated in the R&D of a LED driver, a CCD analog signal processing front end, etc.. Applied and authorized 2 U.S. patents and 6 China patents. Applied and completed the 2 National Natural Science Fund Programs. Published more than 10 SCI, EI papers. One of these papers published in the IEEE ISSCC 2006 is the first paper of China mainland universities and institutes in this top IC international conference.
